Communication Strategy / Freelance

BACCI Sourcing & Consulting, Spain is specialized on sourcing of private and licenced label garment collections with short lead times for super and hyper markets. Within the 6-day project in the Madrid headquarter, I developed in accordance with the team a corporate identity including a new logo and a concept for a new website. In three 60-minutes meetings, I collected the input from all stakeholders to draft a concept presentation, a production list and a picture selection suitable to start the production phase. Testimonial Video

The project with the “greeens” included a strategic roadmap with a lead generation plan, a communication strategy with on- and offline measurements, a risk-diversified project portfolio as well as an HR development plan to grow the skills and capacities of the team members. Crowd-Funding Campaign / Freelance

AVIrem GmbH, Germany. For the start-up company AVIrem, I developed the strategic and operative plan for the crowd-funding campaign on Kickstarter including the supporting media campaign. The project plan included product development and testing, drafting and implementing the communication strategy in social media. Head of EU Marketing / Fulltime

LG Electronics, Germany. I headed the EU Solar marketing team developing from scratch a 360 degree, B2B marketing strategy within an traditionally B2C oriented corporation. Sales material, website, PR plan, trade show concept, loyalty program etc. had to be put in place to initiate sales in Europe. My personal ambition was the localization of the marketing strategy to best suit the market requirements in each country such as UK, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. Scheuten Solar, the Netherlands. I developed in a staff position to the CEO a new business strategy to reposition Scheuten Solar within the solar industry  which at the time had become highly competitive due to the market entrance of Chinese module suppliers. Analysis such as corporate positioning, product & technology roadmaping and SWOT were part of my task.

Product Introduction / Fulltime

General Glass International, New Jersey, USA. GGI was about to introduce a new product line – Specialty Glass when I joined the company. In accordance with the CEO and head of sales, I drafted the product introduction strategy including a revamp of the corporate identity to suit the new business strategy.
